APPLYING FOR A NOON SCHOLARSHIP
The Vicky Noon Educational Foundation offers full and partial scholarships to Pakistani students across all academic disciplines, supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate study (full- or part-time) at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
How to Apply
Check your eligibility: Please review our Mission Statement and Eligibility Criteria to confirm that you meet the requirements for a Noon Scholarship.
Apply for your course: Submit your application directly to Oxford or Cambridge by their published deadlines.
No separate form required: All eligible applicants are automatically considered for a Noon Scholarship; there is no additional VNEF application form.
Follow university-specific guidance: Detailed instructions for applying at either Oxford or Cambridge are provided below.
Please note: The Foundation receives a high volume of applications each year, and unfortunately, we are unable to fund every eligible candidate.
The International Office is responsible for administering the University’s scholarship and bursary schemes for international students. It also runs an annual Orientation Programme for new international students, and provides advice about funding and other issues particularly affecting international students, including immigration questions.
