The Vicky Noon Educational Foundation offers full and partial scholarships to Pakistani students across all academic disciplines, supporting both undergraduate and postgraduate study (full- or part-time) at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.

How to Apply

• Check your eligibility: Please review our Mission Statement and Eligibility Criteria to confirm that you meet the requirements for a Noon Scholarship.

• Apply for your course: Submit your application directly to Oxford or Cambridge by their published deadlines.

• No separate form required: All eligible applicants are automatically considered for a Noon Scholarship; there is no additional VNEF application form.

• Follow university-specific guidance: Detailed instructions for applying at either Oxford or Cambridge are provided below.

Please note: The Foundation receives a high volume of applications each year, and unfortunately, we are unable to fund every eligible candidate.
