In June 2019, the VNEF marked the 25th anniversary of its first awards with a special reception and gala dinner at St Peter’s College, Oxford. More than 60 Trustees, friends, supporters, donors, and former Noon Scholars joined the celebration.

Guests heard speeches from Dr Paul Flather, Chair of the Foundation; His Excellency Mohammed Nafees Zakarai, the UK High Commissioner to Pakistan; Mrs Naila Hayat Noon, Trustee and representative of the founding Noon family; and eight current and former Noon Scholars who were specially invited to speak.
