Pakistan Floods Appeal 2011

The Noon Foundation forwards this request for help from the highly active Oxford University Pakistan Society, with our support.

The monsoon season has unfortunately once again unleashed havoc upon Pakistan with especially the Sindh province being badly affected. Over 7 million people have been affected, 1.5 million homes destroyed and over 200 people have been killed since the floods started in August 2011.

The Oxford University Pakistan Society contributed over £5000 to the DEC Flood Appeal Effort 2010 through its various fundraising activites and once again we would like to appeal to our members and well-wishers to donate as much as they can for the welfare of the flood victims.

We highly recommend donating online at the following very trusted charities for the Flood Appeal 2011:

DEC Pakistan Flood Appeal
Oxfam Flood Appeal
